Exercise your mental, physical, and creative energy with Studio Prolific and Lakeshore Taekwondo Academy. This experience will focus on self defense, board breaking, sparring techniques and painting scrolls. Studio Prolific's founder Prolific Lee (LeDonna Bailey) will be leading the art segments. All painting supplies are included for the board breaking and scroll painting activities.


The taekwondo segments will be led by Master Instructor for Lakeshore Taekwondo Academy Grand Haven and National Team Coach for USA Taekwondo Brad DeMinck and LTA- Hudsonville 3rd Dan Head Instructor DeMante Baldwin. Both instructors are kukkiwon certified.


Kukkiwon is the recognized governing organization for Olympic or WTF style Taekwondo. Ownership of a Kukkiwon Dan certificate demonstrates international acceptance of Taekwondo skills. This is the highest Dan level certification available in the world today.


Lakeshore Taekwondo Academy is dedicated to training people without injury; not only in the art, to defend themselves, but also in sport to develop reflexes, flexibility, and promote good health to all practitioners.
